Regulation 96 — Material for annual report

(1) Every registrar concerned shall furnish to the
Registrar of Companies, annually, by the 31 st July each year, a report on the working and

administration of the Act and other related matters, concerning the activities of the relevant Company
Registration Office in such form and in such manner as may, from time to time, be specified by the
Registrar of Companies.
(2) The Registrar of Companies shall furnish his annual report to the Commission, by the
31st August each year, in such form and in such manner as may, from time to time, be specified by
the Commission.
