Regulation 57 — Fee payable under section 262

The fee payable for furnishing a copy of the
Inspector’s report in pursuance of clause (b) of sub -section (2) of section 262 shall be the fee as is
payable to the registrar under the Seventh Schedule to the Act for the supply of a certified copy or
extract of any document or register kept by the registrar.
