Regulation 17 — Additional requirements for a single member company

(1) A person desirous of
forming a single member company shall comply with all the requirements for incorporation of a
company as per regulation 8 of these Regulations.
(2) The person to be nominated in a Single Member Company under section 14 of the Act
shall be in accordance with the criteria mentioned in sub-section (3) of Section 79 of the Act.
