Section 21 — Inspection of documents kept by Registrar

The incorporation document, names of partners and changes, if any, made therein and any other documents filed by the limited liability partnership from time to time, shall be available for inspection in office of the Registrar by any person during business hours and in such manner and on payment of such fees as may be prescribed by the Commission through regulations.
