How filing & fees actually work

Every form here is filed electronically through the eZfile portal at leap.secp.gov.pk, after logging in with the credentials of the company's authorised form signatory. Once you submit the form with the actual event details and dates, the portal calculates the exact fee automatically per the Seventh Schedule to the Act.

The Rs. figures shown on each form page are Seventh Schedule reference amounts — useful for budgeting and for spotting late-filing penalty tiers — not a guaranteed final charge. Some fees (e.g. incorporation, tiered by share capital) are inherently variable and are described qualitatively rather than as a single number.
