Regulation 103 — Surrender of License

(1) The Company may apply to the Commission for voluntary
surrender of license along with reasons for the same and the Commission may revoke the license if it
deems it expedient.
(2) Upon revocation of license, the company shall follow the procedure specified in sub -
regulation (4), (5), (6) and (7) of regulation 102 and provisions of section 43 of the Act.
