Regulation 65 — Copies of applications to various authorities, etc., to be forwarded to others

A
copy of every application together with a copy of each of the documents enclosed therewith shall be
forwarded by the applicant—
(i) in the case of an application made to the Federal Government, to the Commission and
the registrar concerned;
(ii) in the case of an application made to the Commission or the registrar who is head of
the organization for the registration of companies in Pakistan, to the registrar
concerned,
and this fact shall be stated in the application.
